Information for Speakers and Presenters

Potential speakers and presenters should take into consideration that the acceptance of their proposals from the respective committee will take into account the following factors:

Factor I.- For location within the event's program:

  1. Main room. In order to be located in the main room: originality, the connection of the proposal with the central theme and the attachment to the instructions for authors are issues to be considered.
  2. Parallel Sessiones. In order to be accepted in a parallel session: originality, the connection of the proposal with one of the subthemes and the attachment to the instructions for authors are issues to be considered.
  3. Educational Mosaic: If your proposal, even if it is not related to the suggested main topic and subtopics, is considered to be of interest for the attendees and for the enrichment of the academic program, will be located in this special session. Also originality and attachment to the author's guidelines will be considered by the respective committee.
